Enclosure System Thermostaic Water Circulator Cooling Heater Bath Glass Reactor Solution

玻璃反应釜+密闭式高低温 加字一体机
A glass reactor thermostat circulator bath is a laboratory system that provides precise temperature control for jacketed glass reactors by heating or cooling a fluid (like water or oil) and circulating it through the reactor’s outer jacket. This allows for the control of temperature during chemical reactions, distillation, or other processes by either heating or cooling the reaction vessel externally.
How it works
Jacketed reactor: A glass reactor has an outer glass jacket through which a heating or cooling fluid can be passed.
Circulator bath: The circulator bath, containing a fluid like water or oil, acts as the source of this heating and cooling.
External circulation: The circulator pump sends the constant temperature fluid from the bath to the reactor jacket.
Temperature control: After flowing through the jacket, the fluid returns to the bath, creating a closed loop for continuous heating or cooling to a precise, user-set temperature.
Key features and benefits
Precise temperature control: Using systems like intelligent PID controllers, it provides stable and accurate temperature management, often with high precision.
Versatile temperature range: These systems can operate across a wide range of temperatures, from low-temperature cooling to high-temperature heating, depending on the model.
Uniform heating/cooling: The constant circulation ensures even heat transfer to the reactor contents, which is critical for consistent results in chemical synthesis.
Safety: Many systems include safety features such as automatic shutdown, pressure protection, and emergency stop buttons to prevent accidents.
Broad application: Used in chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical research, material testing, and other industrial and scientific processes.
