Main Features of Small Spray Dryer.
●Original spray nozzle, high efficiency.
●Colorful large touch screen operation, fully automatic control and manual control combined, Chinese and English panel, parameter LCD display.
●Real-time regulation PID thermostatic control technology, accurate temperature control, heating temperature control accuracy ± 1 ℃.
●Spraying, drying and collecting devices are made of transparent and high quality high-temperature resistant borosilicate glass, and the whole process of spray drying experiment can be visualized.
●The atomization structure of two-fluid spray is made of high-precision 316 stainless steel, and the particle size of the spray powder is normally distributed with good fluidity.
●Jet automatic dredging (through the needle) and adjustable frequency, when the nozzle is blocked, it will be automatically cleared to ensure the continuity of the experiment.
● The feeding volume can be adjusted by feeding peristaltic pump.
●Special protection function, the fan does not start, the heater can not start.
●Built-in imported oil-free air compressor, the noise is less than 50db.
●After drying, the granularity of the product is uniform.
