II. Product Features
●All parts in contact with the material are made of high-borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene, offering stable performance and resistance to chemical reactions with the material, making it convenient and safe to use.
●The main frame is constructed of cold-plate anti-corrosion sprayed plastic and aluminum alloy, offering strong corrosion and oxidation resistance. The inner pot is made of stainless steel, offering a compact, durable, and aesthetically pleasing structure.
●Glass and PTFE discharge valves eliminate side discharge and allow for quick solution recovery.
●Low-speed booster motor with variable frequency speed regulation allows for fine-tuning via a knob. The dual-display speed control box digitally displays the speed and material temperature within the kettle, ensuring stable performance, clear control and data display, and easy opeation.
●The thermostatic bath features a digital temperature display and a lockable push-button switch. A K-type sensor on the bottom of the bath and a stainless steel probe ensure precise temperature control and rapid, accurate temperature measurement.
●The stirring system utilizes ceramic bearings and mechanical seals to prevent wear and chipping of the stirring rod. It is heat-resistant, wear-resistant, and provides excellent sealing.
●The PT100 temperature sensor is constructed of 304 stainless steel and is covered with a transparent PTFE tube for dual corrosion protection.
●The vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum and has a pointer display.
●Crescent-shaped, double triple-impeller, three-layer agitator, 304 stainless steel + PTFE impellers; the agitator shaft is made of 304 stainless steel and encased in PTFE tubing for high strength and corrosion resistance.

This machine features an electric constant-speed stirring system, condensation and dosing systems, and a heating bath. While stirring, the bath heats the material within the reactor, improving evaporation efficiency under vacuum conditions (requires connection to a vacuum device). The solvent vapor cools to a liquid state through the glass condenser coil (requires connection to a cooling device) and can be returned to the reactor or recovered through the valve below the reflux elbow. After the reaction is complete, the material can be discharged from the side discharge port at the bottom of the reactor.
This series of products requires a vacuum device, cooling circulation system, and other components to complete the system.
